I am trying to use Baclink to import my labs data into Whonet. I am having problems with the “one antibiotic result per row” in my tab delimited text file. I configured Baclink with "The antibiotics of one isolate require how many rows of data? = More than one row". My problem is Baclink is not combining the multiline isolate from the same accession together. When I use the resulting Whonet data file it makes it appear that many more samples had isolates than there were. How do I fix this?
Dear Sir, I had a similar problem. If I could send a sample file, I could help you find what is wrong. My email is etuduri@anlis.gov.ar
